Other than that, this e-book is a one-stop reading material on how to be healthy all year round without suffering your budget and doing it the smartest way possible.
Why do you need to be healthy all year round?
You can find a lot of answers; some are doing it for the love of their family. Many people are doing it to be physically fit and competitive. However, there are only a few people that find being healthy is the key to everything- a successful life, a happy family, and a well oneself being. Let’s take a deep dig on the reasons why you need to be healthy all year round and not only for preparation to the holiday season.

Reason #1: Being healthy is priceless, you can do everything.
Once a man had more than one job and work hard to earn for his family’s welfare and ended up retiring old. Along with his hard work, he forgot to take good care of his health. So when he retired, he got ill and all of his savings were spent for his medication and what’s worst, his children’s earned money are sacrificed for his condition. This scenario is commonly happening to Pinoy households, and it is sad that nobody takes a stand to end this paradigm. If you are healthy, you can do everything you want. You can raise a good family, travel abroad, eat a lot of local cuisines, have an early retirement, etc. There are many things you can do without a limitation unlike when you are unhealthy, very little things are allowed, and even your diet have restrictions too.

So, what’s your excuse if you are healthy?

As they say, we only live once so make the most out of it and don’t forget to have fun!

If you are unhealthy, there is a small chance of getting a decent job that pays for what you need in life.
